Job Crafting is a method that one can take to redesign their job to foster more meaningfulness, fulfillment, job satisfaction, engagement, and resilience to thrive and excel at work. This can be done by altering the tasks, relationships, and perspectives that comprise one’s role and how they approach them within their work.

The Crafted Half-Day Intensive is a 4-hour experience walking you through the Job Crafting Experience so you can align your purpose to your current role. During this intensive you will:
Confirm your purpose using PWI’s Signature Purpose Discovery Pre-Work
Create a before diagram allocating the percentage of time and energy you currently spend in your role
Map out your purpose, passions, strengths, and values
Develop an after diagram that reflects how you would like to allocate your time energy strengths
Create an action plan to implement and collaborate with your manager to make your re-designed role a reality

Crafted Immersion Day
The Crafted Immersion Day experience is a 8-hour experience walking you through PWI’s Signature Purpose Discovery Process and Job Crafting Experience, so you can discover and align your purpose to your current role. During this immersion day you will:
